This statement provides information about the data we collect, things done with data, and explains that we do not share data with other companies.
Information gathered through cookies
We use "cookies" to establish a session identifier (in technical terms, to maintain state) and recognize a visitor from page to page so we can maintain a "shopping cart" with a list of products a visitor may wish to order. Please note that we do not save bank card data as browser cookies or on the server in any form. This information is gathered when a request for a free offer or an order is placed so that it can be fulfilled properly. The visitor's name is required for personal delivery. The phone number is necessary because if a question arises with an order, we need to be able to contact you. The email address is necessary so that we can send an acknowledgment.

Information we request on forms, including "how did you find us" is used to refine our marketing efforts so we can identify other visitors like you with minimal cost and reduce the likelihood of intruding on consumers who are not likely to be interested in our products and services. We will use the "opt-in" email address to send updates or announcements about the site and Strategic Impact's products and services if the visitor indicates interest.

We take orders and requests for free offers that are then used to ship products and free samples. The visitor's name, address, phone, fax, and email address are only used by Strategic Impact are not shared with third parties.
About Children - Strategic Impact does not target children nor do we expect to attract children to our site. Because we are not a children's site, we do not provide most of the privacy measures that are so important for their protection on the Internet. Because of this, we ask that minors do not submit information to us without the express consent and participation of a parent or guardian.
Refund Policies
Strategic Impact ("Company") stands behind every product sold on this web site and wants every customer to be 100% satisfied. As such, the Company has a liberal refund policy. Requests for refunds must be made in either writing or by e-mail to the Company. All refund requests must include the date of the transaction, the product purchased, and the credit card number with expirations date used from which the purchase was made.
In the event that the customer purchased an electronic-product (E-book, Download, MP3, etc.) or a hardcopy product (Book, CD, etc.), the product(s) is/are required to be returned to the Company, per Company instructions in order receive credit.
If the product is a Conference Call, we guarantee the customer
will learn at least one significant strategy that will provide
them a return greater than the cost of the call. Upon written
notice within 48 hrs by the customer that they did not
learn one significant strategy that provides them with a return
great than the cost of the Conference Call, we will refund their
purchase 100%.
Upon complying with these terms, the customer will receive either a full credit on the credit card used for the transaction or a check. The manner of refunds, and issuance of a refund is at the sole and complete discretion of the Company, and all decisions are final. Shipping and/or handling fees are non-refundable. The Company reserves the right to change or amend these refund policies at any time, and at its sole discretion.
By issuing this site, the customer agrees to these refund
policies, and as such, agrees to waive any and all claim,
chargebacks, or disputes with their respective credit card
issuer concerning refunds.
